After attempting to run the program i get a system error stating "The program can't start because mfc120u.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I've tried reinstalling multiple times but have had no luck. Might anyone know a fix for this?

mfc120u.dll is a Windows\System32 file..Some options for you are:

1. Right-click and install PrecisionX as Administrator.
2. Run Command Prompt as Administrator..Type in sfc /scannow and press Enter.
3. Run Windows Update and install C++ Redistributable Packages if any are shown.
4. Download and run Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package (vcredist_x86.exe for 32-bit operating system, or vcredist_x64.exe for 64-bit operating system)..Select Install if that is an option, if not, select Repair.
5. Search files on your PC for mfc120u.dll, if you find it somewhere, Copy and Paste into the Windows\System32 folder.

The vcredist packages should also be located in the Program Files (x86)\EVGA\PrecisionX 16\Redist folder..You can try running as Admin from there too.

Thanks for your answer, bob16314.  #4 did the trick for me -- didn't have to download anything as I found the redistributables where you suggested in the Redist folder.  I ran vcredist_x64 and selected Repair.  Easy, done.  FWIW, this was on a Windows 7 Pro system.

Welcome to the forums, Ayumu..Turn off your anti-virus software before attempting to install Precision.

If no joy, go to the Program Files (x86)\EVGA\PrecisionX 16\Redist folder..Then right-click on vcredist_x64, then Repair..Do the same thing with vcredist_x86..Then try Precision again.

If still no joy, grab mfc120u.dll from my Micro$oft OneDrive page..Read the ReadMe..There are two different mfc120u.dll files with the same name but are different and go in different Windows folders..Check to see if those two are missing from the Windows folders..Manually put them where they are needed if missing.

What OS are you running?..If 64-bit Windows, mfc120u.dll should be in Windows\SysWOW64 (or syswow64) also as well as Windows\System32.

Many thanks bob16314. Your suggestions were spot on. I wish I had found your answer before I had pulled all of my hair out.

Three years later... I had the same problem, same-ish solution. I ended having to reinstall the x86 and x64 for both 2013 and 2015-2019. I'm not sure which one it was. My Redist folder was in Program Files\EVGA\PrecisionX 16\ ... which makes sense because I did the 64-bit install of X1. If the first four things I tried didn't work, that folder was going to be my go to. I also think that following your suggestion to run the install as an admin might have been key

Now if only there were a guide for X1...

BTW - I'm on W10 1809. X1 v3.17. GTX 1660 XC. Driver 430.64

Hey! I have no idea how I'm logged in, but also when I tired to load up Precision Xoc I got this error too.
I fixed it by downloading the mentioned files in the above posts.

However I also ran into another error with Windows 10. It was looking for some .dll file also. I don't have a screenshot because I fixed it, but it was like 9__9DX_ (The spaces being other characters) I noticed the DX9 in the name of the dll.

Sure enough I just downloaded a Microsoft Direct X installer and it worked now Precision Xoc works fine.
