My tracking shows it was received Monday morning at 9am and still shows "received" as pending. Is that normal for it to take this long? Says it was signed by Travis.

Ah, got it. Thanks again. Do you happen to know if it will be another 780 or a 9 series card like a 970?

They don't keep stock updated in real time, so they'd have to pull the card when they ship. But they will generally send you back the same card if they have one. Considering they still have 480's I'd be surprised if they didn't have 780's.

That's a bummer. I saw a guy post that he got a 980 for his 780Ti so I was hoping for a 970 for my 780.

Watch your RMA screen. Just check it once or twice a day. If they have a 780, they will ship it. Be aware, it isn't going to give you any name, just a part number of what will be shipped back.. Copy and paste it in Google, and you will know.
Personally, I wish people would keep it to themselves when they are given an upgrade, because then everyone expects a free upgrade. It's silly.

Hi I sent my GTX1060 by speed post from India to Taiwan for replacement. My post tracking shows it was delivered at 12pm on 22/01/2018. But the status on EVGA RMA website still shows 'RMA Received: Pending'. Has EVGA received my graphic card?

Hello hasnainr98, Tracking in the APAC region can be a little deceptive, an item can show as delivered but may only be at customs generally it can take a little while for us to take possession of an item. The best way to get the status of your item is to email SupportTW@evga.com and they will be able to assist you directly.

As long as the shipping service lists the card as delivered I would trust it's delivered. Nobody is stealing boxes off the loading dock and if a delivery driver was going to get fired for stealing video cards they would do it on cards sent out not ones being sent in for RMA repair. Also as it ships out delivery drivers scan the boxes making it easy to track who was responsible for any missing packages so highly unlikely it would go missing by them.
