Very Confusing; so adding a picture, see below; > will allow you to go to: 
- SETTINGS -> GENERAL -> START WITH OS checkbox: This actually controls whether PrecisionX itself starts at Windows startup.

the fix is here..
 
download and run press repair and voila.

Thanks to Rawcore, Cubert, and everyone else! this is the ONLY solution that has worked for me, Im actually quite disappointed with EVGA as they have a function in their software that does not work AT ALL, and after years they still havent fixed the issue (which means they dont give a damn).

that didnt work for me, already had that installed and the setting in the application still doesnt work. This absolutely IS EVGA's fault, NOT Mircrosoft's!!

Definitely an EVGA issue, was fine, update broke it and has not yet been fixed.
