I just saw that Knightviper said the new season is starting on Monday, so I thought I'd express my excitement for that. Since we're making passive aggressive suggestions, maybe you should double check the spelling in your thread title before posting. To play along and contribute to the thread, I'd like to add that my favorite epasoda is “Ice” – Season 1, Episode 8. I thought it was especially spooky because parasites really freak me out.

Well if you think about the X-Files was killed off at Session 9, It was Reanimated with 10 and put to rest once more under Session 11. That seems to be the Norm now a days. Really Sucked with the Pulled the Plug on Terra Nova as well.

Really Sucked with the Pulled the Plug on Terra Nova as well.
When they brought it back with the guy from Terminator 2 it felt very off, but then they killed the lone gunmen and it was game over. Last season was a joke and I hate Hollywood. It should have stayed dead. For it to go this route is just sad. A great scifi tv series being reduced trash by the dregs of civilization. Terra Nova!!!! hahahaha. That ending. The forced family drama of the week plot lines!

While not exactly X-Files the spin off did start off with an interesting "pilot" episode involving a 747 being flown by remote control crashing into the WTC and government officials profiting off of a war with a middle eastern terrorist group who would take responsibility online. The episode aired months before 9/11 and Fox decided to cancel the show.

Yes it seems some Shows are in a way being Banded as if we where in 1946 or 1948.
