Hello fellow forum members,
Finally i decided to post something HELPFUL and somewhat USEFUL for other users on the mighty EVGA forum!
Ever tried to play GTA : SA and suddenly you notice your mouse isn't quite working? this post is for you!
This works with all versions of GTA : SA and will not cause any conflicts, i tried it with the steam version aswell as the retail version.
*REQUIREMENTS*1. A brain.
2. A computer.
3. Around 150 KB of storage.
Now what is the problem?I think it is that the missing .DLL file "Which is dinput8.dll" wasn't required back in the days of Windows XP and before, now in new windows releases this bug occurs
when the file is not present in the game folder.
What can we do?Currently, without any internet connection you couldn't fix this bug unless you have a handy copy of the .DLL file dinput8.dll, but if you don't have internet connection
in the first place, how the hell did you read this post? "unless you got a copy of the whole interwebz"
Now enough of that useless text.
Steps :1.You have to download the file from HERE :
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?dinput82.Choose download
ZIP FILE or else you will get tons of
VIRUS goodness.
3.Use 7zip or WinRAR to extract the .DLL file.
4.Put the file in the main folder of the game.
(C:\ProgramFiles(86x)\steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto San Andreas)5.Win.
Thank you for reading this post and i hope that you learned something useful.
