evga precision error 1316. the specified account already exists

I keep getting this error when I try to install the app.

    Completely reinstall the latest video card drivers, and Precision. See if that resolves the problem.

    I have the same error popping up , tried your suggestion and it did not work.

    Delete the main installation folder and try again.

    did that tried again , did not work .... still same error pop up

    Try running installer as administrator maybe?

    Tried that as well ....
     
    Found that the Steam version works fine , but I don't want to run Steam so that option is out.
    4.12 version works fine , but any upgrade after that is error message.  
     
    Using MSI Afterburner now - installed and working perfectly

    Agreed I uninstalled everything, deleted all the folders, deleted steam app folder, cleaned up registry and I still get this 1316 error making a fresh install impossible.  I switched over to MSI Afterburner and have no complaints compared to what I want evga percision to do.
