But for those of you waiting for this game...be it from a free AMD Game code or just because you "want it"....

    this is one of the first times I thought that the upcoming Far Cry  didn't look all that interesting to me...
    I have owned & beat every other one before this too. .. the formula has gotten even more stale than the Assassin Creed series was getting.

    Yeah...I stopped playing them when it was Far Cry 2. The whole "Find medicine or you're dead" annoyed me..hahaha (must have annoyed me a lot to just outright stop playing them)

    The games have been enjoyable but they often feel like the bad guy is not that big of a threat.

    I was kind of bummed when hearing this earlier, as I was looking forward to Far Cry 6. I also played all of them except New Dawn and imo Far Cry 5 was the best one, the AI
     
    was more engaging and did not seem dumb downed as in previous releases. Having Giancarlo Esposito portraying the antagonist it has to be be good, right.

    Bummer :( it's hard to bag no the Fry Cry series, but I'd rather have it delayed than ship broken!

    regardless...per the article:
     
    "Far Cry 6 has been delayed from its original release date of February 18, 2021, and is now set to launch at some point in the next successive financial year. This means it'll launch between April 2021, and March 2022."
