Far Cry 5 will be available to play for free this weekend on PC

This weekend, Ubisoft's Far Cry 5 will be available for free on PC, allowing PC gamers to try out the game between May 29th and May 31st. During this time, the game will also be available with a 75% discount on PC, making the case game £12.50 and the game's Gold Edition, which included the game's Season Pass, £18.75. PC gamers will be able to play Far Cry 5 for free on May 29th at 2 PM UK time. This free trial period will end on May 31st at 9 PM BST. Details of this offer's timing for other regions is available here. 

During this free trial period, Far Cry: New Dawn, a post-apocalyptic sequel to Far Cry 5, will also be available with a steep 50% discount, making the game £12.49. Users of the Epic Games Store will be able to combine Ubisoft's steep discounts with Epic Game's "Epic Coupon" promotion, which will allow game purchases over £14.99 to come with a £10 discount. This would make Far Cry 5's Gold Edition cost £8.74.

    It was decent enough for me, but I think 3 or 4 was better . ... &  I have owned/ played every single Far Cry game

    Anybody who hasn't played Far Cry 5 yet I Think 75% off is a great deal.

    I enjoyed it well enough though some parts are kind of annoying like getting pulled in for forced progression while in a side mission. My biggest problem with the free weekend though is the size of the download vs. just buying the game at 75% off. Unfortunately the huge size of these downloads has me not really taking part in free play weekends but I do often find the sale attached to them gets me to pull the trigger.
