Just wanted to say thanks and commend you on making a lot of changes that made this launch smoother and enabled me to get a card!

It seems your server capacity was significantly higher
It appears you separated product pages from checkout
It seems that at times you turned off the product page (or it just went down)  which slowed the amount of people adding to cart & checkout
Took a while to get a card added to cart, but once I did I was in checkout mode
too about 10 minutes to get to final Place Order page.  where for 28 minutes I kept just placing over and over
Overall checkout was slow but didn't drop me out.. I tried for 38 minutes and eventually it went through via credit card method
It did not kick me out, make me start over or send me back - it appeared to just keep checking stock and trying.

Really happy to get me order in, fingers crossed it makes the final hurdles to shipped!

Most of us do.... It is a thankless job you are doing, right now. Remember, we love EVGA, and you guys. It just sucks for the ones not getting through.

It does suck, but I was going to wait on Zen 3 anyways, so it's not make or break deal for me. Website WAS massively improved for 3090 compared to 3080 launch days tho. Thumbs up!

It was me just clicking over and over again from the final place order page... it seems if it was in the cart, you still had a shot, even a long time later...  until the end when they flushed all that didn't make it.

it wasn't without issue, I had Chase fraud alert issues, PayPal not responding, Amex  Safekey just hanging issue... Ended up making it past via Chase a 2nd time and then it was 20+ minutes of placing away and boom. instant done and email.

I would hazard a guess thats because no one can add it to their cart. You get an error when you try to add it

Just refreshed again, guess someone got it. Wasn't me 3 different browsers couldn't add it to cart.

I was able to secure a 3090 as well, just lots of going back on safari when I tried to "accept terms" on the final page.
Then I had to spam the place order button a number of times until it spit out a confirmation email.

I had it in my cart, up to the time of my last post.
Was debating on getting it, or waiting for kingpin/kingpin hydrocopper...

I am happy for you, truly. Like most of the others, I have been disappointed at each card drop since release. I can imagine this is a logistical nightmare, but I am still frustrated at the lack of card availability from literally everywhere (eBay doesn't count). I have been planning a new build around this NVIDIA series for the last year or two, and I already have the rest of my system built and ready to go (still using the 980 ti for now). I even bought an LG CX as a secondary "monitor" to try 4k gaming with HDR. I know its just a matter of time, and it isn't the end of the world, but it still stings a bit. Probably just because I let my hopes get built up for this release. Oh well, life goes on, we'll get one soon enough. I hope you guys have success at fighting the bots, they really suck.

It depends. I was able to add to card right after 6am, then it always errored out at some point during the checkout. The closest I got is for the place order button to show up, but it did nothing after I clicked it about 25 times

That was it, you should have kept trying - I must have clicked place order at least 800 times, not exaggerating. Nearly a half hour of 5 screens all at place order and cycling between them for a half hour and one finally stuck!
