My RTX 3080 FTW3 may be giving me issues after 2 years. I feel it might be overheating. I'm getting sudden black screens, which require a PC reset to get back.

I noticed my fans were not spinning. But the system was not under load. Maybe 50 degrees C.
It needed a firmware update. I did that. Fans were full while the FW update occurred. So they work.

I want to make them spin. So I moved my curves...

Should the fans not be spinning now? 50 degrees and my curve say at 50, they should be at around 60% speed. What am I doing wrong, as they are currently not moving on this screenshot.

windows 11.

If you can manually make them come on then you most likely just have your fan curve setup wrong.

Hi.  Do you have the fan curve set manually?  I cant see the picture but the fans by default wont kick in until 60c if left to auto.

    1. set your fan curve manually to how you like.
    2. click apply.
    3. click a number on the side.
    4. save.

If you want the program to open on boot, left click the lugnut icon and check the start on startup.

you might want to use After burner to set fan curve, PX1 can be buggy unless you hit ALL the steps GOM said, and then it might still revert back to stock, MSI is easy and works all the time
