Having issue with an old motherboard that had Lifetime Warranty, logged in to start a return process and seen that it now lists as out of warranty. Further checking revealed other Lifetime Warranty products are no longer.

EVGA did NOT change the Terms      RE: "When did EVGA Retroactivley change warranty on lifetime warranty products?"
 
 
Terms of previous purchases did not change - though new purchases did change on the Date noted in Warranty Section / Terms

Spoke with Adam and was assured it still has warranty. Website doesn't always have all info. RMA was started and awesome customer support!

Hello Broken! The short answer is that the lifetime warranty terms have not changed. If you had a valid lifetime warranty on a product then it would still be valid. The long answer is that the website information on the "My Products" page may not be able to take all situations into account and in those cases you might see a product as out of warranty in error. But as with all information on the registration pages, the warranty is subject to verification by our support team. We were able to discuss the issue over the phone to clarify and your RMA has been submitted and approved. And I also appreciate you taking the time to update the thread to let the community know the issue has been resolved.
