Fake EVGA Super Cards?

People over on Reddit are indicating that EVGA is selling 2070 Super FTW3 cards that clearly have stickers placed over top of what appears to be a 2070 FTW3 shroud.

To be clear they are showing up as EVGA 2070 Super cards in the Device Manager, but it is being implied that EVGA is using 2070 FTW3 shrouds on the 2070 Super FTW3 and just putting stickers over the old name (which you can clearly see). Too me this looks fake, but looking for confirmation.

    Yes it was intended to be removed hence the white pull tab, but I understand that this has caused some confusion, we have made a change going forward however and will not be including this protective label going forward. The final product should look like this as you can see on the EVGA product pages.

    Looks more like just a cover to protect the real Label with that White Tab of the Right Side.

    Bought a 2070 Super FTW3 Ultra for my second rig and thought oh oh when I saw it. Yeah the white part of the label I kept nipping at but seemed very glued down so thought I would pop onto the trusty forums to check.

    I am not surprised that people got confused but I would assume a sticker with a pull tab is something to remove. A fake card wouldn't have a tab on it to make it easy to remove a sticker.
