The info doesn't say, but is there a replacement 2-slot IO panel or we're completely unnecessarily stuck with a 3-slot?

There's a replacement 2-slot bracket you can purchase separately.  It's available on the site now.

Yep Stuck with 3 Slots without the below. Bummer that one did not come in the Kit.

Gah. $15 for a stamped steel part. Everything RTX is disappointingly expensive.

I think you spilled the EVGA kool-aid on your shirt.

As if being stainless would justify that price tag.

    $14.99 ---- 2 Slot Bracket for RTX 2080 Ti/2080 ---  P/N: M022-10-000130

You can reduce that cost with EVGA Bucks; if you have earned any/ enough & buy it for as little as $0.99

Shipping though is a cash type thing ... can't pay with EVGA Bucks

I can understand that might seem like a high price to folks, but $15 isn't that much considering the cost of the card.  Have they ever included something like it before?  I also don't want to stray too far off topic, but how do you get EVGA Bucks?

Considering the cost of the card and the cost of the water block it’s a little much for a stamped steel part. It’s not like they don’t make a lot of then, they’re on every two slot card.

For questions on EVGA bucks you can go to https://www.evga.com/evgabucks/

As for the cost of the bracket it's not a lot considering the cost of the card. I personally would spend that much to make my case look the way I want without thinking much about it.

So there is no way to get that 2 slots bracket in EU?
I really need one ASAP, and I really don't want to cut the 3 slot bracket :(

Were did you get this From.
In the EU you can buy Two Products of the same model but here in the US we can only by One Product.
Like the EVGA X299 Dark Motherboard EU can buy 2 on the EVGA Website and in the US only 1
Hate is a strong word to use for a new product that has just been released, and just released in the US.
EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti XC BLACK EDITION GAMING, 11G-P4-2282-KR, 11GB GDDR6, Dual HDB Fans & RGB LED You can Buy 2 Cards
EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti XC BLACK EDITION GAMING, 11G-P4-2282-KR, 11GB GDDR6, Dual HDB Fans & RGB LED The US can only Buy 1 Card

This give the US more of reason to Hate EU if you look at it from your Point.

We try to get products to the EU as quickly as possible, same as with our other regions. There are different logistics involved for different regions which can unfortunately lead to one region having products available before another region. I can understand any frustrations and I can assure you our team is always working on getting inventory to both the North America and EU regions.

    That would be Correct

    For the FTW3 you need this Water Block;
P/N: 400-HC-1489-B1 EVGA Hydro Copper Waterblock for EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti FTW3, 400-HC-1489-B1, RGB
This 2 Slot Bracket for RTX 2080 Ti/2080/2070 P/N: M022-10-000130 also fits the FTW3 Graphics Cards.
