Is that normal? The GPU fan jerks (IDLE). The other two stand still.

If you on master bios, it can be. Maybe the temperature its close to that value when the fan starts to kick in. Switch to slave bios, your gpu fan will always spins, check it there.

Sometimes mine does this jerks as well.
But I never really worried about it, since the card is working perfect. Altought, I don't know if this is normal.

Assuming you're not changing the stock fan curve with software, I think a EVGA would have to comment on this. - Send them a quick question: https://www.evga.com/support/ticket/support.aspx

The fans are PWM controlled, EVGA might not have set the PWM frequency to 0% at idle.  What I mean is the PWM on the fan might be set to 5% or something. 5% is low enough that the pulses cannot push the fan quick enough to start it turning but is enough to cause the small movements you see.  It doesn't hurt anything.
