I think this is a fantastic idea. I always purchase EVGA products because of the warranty, customer support quality, and ability to disassemble my own GPU without voiding said warranty.
I plan to stay a loyal EVGA customer and as an elite member I think this is a great idea.

I mean one entire shipment not sold to the general public and only to Elite Members.

I agree with this it might give us a better chance of loading past the add to cart, I had my 2080 registered but knew nothing about this membership, I have since upgraded my account and I have read somewhere the EVGA updates at 6 AM PST Mon-Fri not on weekends though. Also, another post recommended using affirm to pay since it processes with no issues.

I think at least reserving a portion of each restock for elite members is a great idea. They know they'll sell their entire stock for the next month or so at least, so may as well use this as a way to get the cards directly to real consumers.

All of my video cards have been EVGA except I've limped along on a 980Ti for the last number of years so it doesn't qualify me for Elite status.
Wonder how long it would take me to post a legit 100 posts to qualify for Elite status.
*edit - See....my join date on this forum is 2006!! Come one that should count for something. Drat, I should have made this edit a separate post.

I’m sure this is likely to happen, sounds like it worked well for 3090.
Above all, it’s great to hear all the things they are trying to do. No other retailer has given it a second thought, to my knowledge. Success in the coming weeks will be key. This is how you build true brand loyalty.

You should be able to, you have over 100 posts now.
Also they had allotments for both elite and non elite today on both 3090 ftw3 models, eventually the elite members would get what they wanted and then it won't matter much anymore. If they take time to fix the checkout process, and in that time stock ramps up, then it may not matter. It would be nice to continue this. I did notice newegg's ftw3 ultra is back to this product is out of stock instead of i'm not sure we will ever get this product again so more retailers might start showing up with stock as well.

EVGA should stagger Elite Member release and general release. Put up the Elite Member shop 2 hours ahead of general release so that we aren't competing for server space. You can allocate the same number of cards to each release, but no use in making them simultaneous.

Well maybe remove the "long time", because then you don't qualify if you just never posted on the forums like me :) Registered my first products in 2009 but they're too old to get me on board. All still running though  - EVGA X58 SLI (2009)

Guess I have 72 hours for 99 more forum posts haha Think the idea in general is great though, just wish I qualified for it cause I am not a scalper/bot etc and owner of multiple EVGA products.
