Greetings.  No matter what settings I set anywhere in the BIOS, as soon as I go beyond a 50x mult, my vcore is 1.45-1.5 in HWINFO.  While in the BIOS, it shows the correct voltage.  But once I boot, it is always the same 1.45-1.5.  VDroop at auto, default, or disabled no matter.  Also, I've noticed that HWINFO is the only monitor/info that works.  CoreTemp, CPU-Z, E-Leet, none of them work or have most of their functionality missing.

guess the software needs to be updated ... maybe ?

"Override" setting for Voltage in your BIOS ... your saying is not a true fixed voltage ?

I asked our motherboard team, and they suggested that you use override mode for Vcore for those overclocks.  The main issue is that in adaptive mode, the target voltage cannot be lower than the CPU's VID table, and many of the CPUs use 1.5V when the ratio is over 5GHz.  From what they've also seen, many of the overclockers that use 1.35V or higher generally use override mode.

Thanks to you both.  I was using override correctly.  However, I have to take an L here.  It is working properly.  I was looking at VID after rebooting...  I do however have another issue where loading a saved profile in the BIOS causes the wifi/BT module to stop working.  Exact same settings entered after loading optimized default does not cause the issue.  Going to try to see if there are any more variables and then make a new post about it.

When this happens, does the M.2 show that it's enabled in the BIOS?  Please let me know if you can narrow this down, in case I need to kick this up to our MB team.
