I have the logitech G19 keyboard with the screen and I use it to show the performance of my graphics card, 1080 GTX Ti. I prefer it there instead of the top left corner in case I need to take a screenshot or something happening is obscured by the text, but I digress.

I've enabled several options including the GPU clock and memory clock, fan speed, temp, GPU load and FPS. They all work and display the current figures on the G19 except the FPS is constantly at 0. Only when I enable the OSD does it flick into life. When enabling the OSD it even says 0 on there for about a second before displaying the correct FPS so I'm assuming its only enabled when the OSD is enabled and then it displays that on the G19 screen too.

EDIT:
A small compromise I've had to do is remove all the figures for the OSD, including the header, but keep it turned on. That will allow me to view the FPS on the G19 keyboard without having the text overlapping the screen in the top left corner.

Hello,

I have forwarded your thread to a few team members that may be able to help as I do not have experience with this keyboard and the OSD options.

I have the G510s, but I think it works generally the same as the G15/G19. I'll check it out, and report back.

Confirmed. All other readings in the keyboard display will work, but FPS counter drops to 0 when OSD is toggled off. It does come back when OSD is toggled on. I've let the PM team know about the bug, thanks!

+1 I was wondering why it was doing this in the latest version.

Also one other bug with the G19 at least, the font setting I have for all the OSD entries is set to Large, but upon starting Precision from either a windows boot or manually, it starts with the G19's OSD font set to Small.

Once I open Precision itself from the taskbar, it corrects itself to Large.

I have to open the OSD settings for it to become the large text. I just thought my eyes were getting worse XD

Does anyone know the previous version when this was last working correctly?

Same : have to click OSD settings each time the system starts to make the software read the profile
to make the  keyboard LCD Fonts Large. (unwinders (fonts ) are bigger)

The EVGA cooling software had same type of problem with reading the profiles and you have to click thing to get setting  applied. its like some defaults are getting put back after loading the profile

These 2 programs may share a lot of common code.

Ow, I was just looking for an answer to this. It has been like this since v6.07 or around there. I stopped updating since that happened but with my 1080Ti incoming I have to update.

Please get this fixed :(
