Under Windows (Update) the Graphics Driver is not the best install. You do not install Separate OpenCL Drivers under Windows.
Under Windows the OpenCL is installed by the Driver Install and you do not install OpenCL as you might have to under other Operating Systems.
You should use DDU in Safe Mode to remove and clean up with the Network unplugged or turn off your Modem.
Then install the Driver that you have Downloaded from NVIDIA's Website.
Windows Driver updates are not at best usable 100% of the time and why we have to remove and clean them up from time to time.
Exit the Folding Client and then go into your Folding Data Folder and delete the file GPUs.txt \ProgramData\FAHClient
This will force a download of the current version when you start up the Folding Client.
