Exclusive: Intel's Mobileye gets self-driving tech deal for 8 million cars

NVIDIA and other companies have been working on autonomous driving vehicle technology and of course Intel wants a piece of the pie. After all Intel bought Mobileye for 15.3 billion in 2017. Looks like Mobileye has secured a contract for 8 million self driving systems. This type of tech will simply become more popular in the years to come in my opinion.

    That's because some people rely on the car fully when they are actually semi-autonomous. And, some vehicles are actually in testing when they crash. In a finished product, it is only a safety measure and doesn't replace the driver.
