The first day I got the video card installed it ran great.

Over time the computer started to crash. Only happens when gaming. Sometimes it crashes so hard it bluescreens the pc. I'm not quick enough to grab my phone and take a picture of the bluescreen error code when it happens.

I've tried everything. All drivers are up to date, I've reinstalled drivers. I've downclocked the video card, I've downclocked my ram, cpu, etc.

I've tried everything I can think of.

The video card works perfectly fine in my friends computer, but not mine.

I don't know what to do.

Specs:
I9-10900k CPU
Evga G3 1000w SuperNova PSU
64gb Trident Z Ram

What is your PSU? Seems like a under powered PSU to me

    Corsair 3000 Mhz 2 x 8GB
    EVGA RTX 3070 XC3 Black

What is the bug check code? You can use a program like bluescreenview to get the bug check code.

If you have your cpu and memory oc'd put them back to stock and play for a while, might just be the OC settings just a bit high.

View the BSOD in event viewer. It will be event viewer>windows logs>system. You can get the code and reason for crash.
