RMA number: 5421230907986978

I just got a UPS message saying sth is shipped from evga but when i check my RMA history I did not see serial number peing populated for shipped card. Does it mean RMA was failed and my original card is sent back?

    Thanks for the link but it might not answer my question. I did see the UPS tracking email but want to confirm it is replacement being sent instead of my original card. Thanks.

    It takes time for the serial number to update.
     
    It probably is a replacement and probably is not the same serial number.  Almost certainly you have nothing to worry about.
     
    But none of us can answer for sure.  Only EVGA knows, and they won't be back at work until the start of next week.
     
    I wouldn't expect the serial number to be updated and clarified until at least Monday.

    Due to a system error the replacement serial did not reflect under your account.  This has been corrected, sorry for the confusion and inconveniences.
     
    You can view the update under your RMA history.
