I always thought this would be cool and interesting. I understand you cannot not show everything and reveal secrets. But, just enough to give us an idea and show how the cards are made. Start to finish. Would anyone else like to see this?

Not to rain on your parade but tech electronic manufacturing assembly lines in China are a touchy subject. I doubt EVGA wants you to know anything about their OEMs in China. It wouldn't be an "EVGA" factory, it would be an OEM. About the closest you can get is a few years ago there was a tour article of the EVGA HQ location in California. I forgot who did the article though.

Pretty much all EVGA does to their cards is take the nvidia reference and add a sticker. You would have to tour the sticker factory. lol

Looking at the Taiwan location, it's definitely not a factory address. It's an office building you can see in Google street view.

It's obviously not possible to say for sure, but it's probably the same OEM that makes the reference cards. EVGA creates a design, sends the CAD files to the OEM and they start spitting out cards.

They probably do happen with the cheap slave labor there. Its to expensive to pay a American worker because of the liability issues and laws and regulations towards the work place.

When wait new NVIDIA series always you know and expect what will EVGA present... and than you see...
and start to curse no more ASUS, no more GIGABYTE, I will never buy that again...look what people make.

R&D is done at our Taiwan offices, however we (US/EU) still have a major role in what products we launch, features, etc.

Pretty much all EVGA does to their cards is take the nvidia reference and add a sticker. You would have to tour the sticker factory. lol

Only Nvidia thing EVGA gets is the GPU. I believe they provide their own PCB/HSF.

It depends on the product, but in general this is correct.

No, they make the motherboards. Not sure about the cards.
