I currently have this ram kit CORSAIR DOMINATOR PLATINUM RGB 32GB (2PK x 16GB) 5600MHz DDR5 C36 DIMM Desktop Memory Black CMT32GX5M2X5600C36 - Best Buy and was wondering if anyone else here runs the same kit on their Evga  Z690 Classified mobo.

Thanks in advance

Hopefully someone will answer. In the meantime do you have a question about the memory?

No sir I do not, Current mobo is a Asus Apex Z690 that has given me some heart burn in the stable dept so it has to be rma'd and a buddy sent his in and well got sent a formula mobo that is of no use to him. Seems Asus is short on Apex mobo's and I'm sick of having issues with this mobo and to boot the memory is on the Qvl as well. I'm just hoping the ram kit works with this Evga mobo as I'm looking at it and the Gigabyte Master to replace the Asus mobo.

Perfect thank you very much. I was leaning towards the Dark it looks like from comments anyway its not a daily mobo to run and its better to get the Classified for a daily but the looks of the dark are very appealing to me

I ordered this motherboard just last night, and I’ll be using a Corsair CMT32GX5M2X5600C36 kit with it. I’m not anticipating any issues, but this will be the 5th Z690 motherboard I’ve owned. I’ve had issues with all the others. Hoping EVGA’s will be the last of the platform I need to buy. Z690 and its related tech has been a brutal upgrade for me. Definitely the most headache-inducing with all the building, tearing apart, RMAing, and waiting on replacements.

ASUS Apex that were manufactured in 2021 have really bad memory OC. Some of them can't achieve 6000. From what I could see, EVGA's Z690 board do not have such problems. Also, memory OC depends a lot on CPU. I couldn't achieve same clocks on 12700k that I was able on 12900k.
