Yes, that is normal. If your invoice wasn’t uploaded before you started the step up, it would be required to have the invoice uploaded for the next step to go smoothly. EVGA will have to verify all aspects of the invoice before you can process further to verify the seller was authorized, the purchase date is correct, and you are who you say you are.

Submitting the step up only puts you in the queue. There are a LOT of people waiting to step up their cards, so you will be at the spot you entered at the moment you submitted step 1. What date did you submit your step up?
