Was just wondering what the maximum power level the 3090ti goes to in MSI After Burner. Mine appears to only go to 106 or 107. Should it go higher then this?

    Unless you flashed the XOC bios, it will be 107%. XOC allows you to go to 115% if I recall correctly (but you will lose the zero rpm mode tho).

    It's the same whether you're using Precision or Afterburner. The max is set by the GPU BIOS.

    I have always seen AB 1 point lower in all my testing since the 30 series came out, I Don't think it makes a difference, just a number, plus, AB is more stable anyway
