So I have a DG-7 case and the power button has stopped working, it no longer makes contact and I've verified this with a multimeter. It started a few months ago where it would take several presses of the button to get the pc to fire up. Fast forward to two weeks ago and it's completely dead.

I raised a ticket & provided photos to evga EU and they concur that the buttons faulty. I've asked they ship a replacement button, or if that's not a serviceable part, the whole usb, reset, power button strip.

Now here's the best bit. They've agreed to the RMA, but want me to ship the case from the UK to Germany for replacement! Come on guys, I can fit a power button myself! It will cost me £50+ to ship the case to Germany, and cost EVGA the same to ship it back! Can someone with an ounce of common sense in EVGA just ship a replacement button!
