Evga 500B Bronze Power Supply turned it on, made a spark, turn it off it doesn't supply energy to the PC

Hi, A few days ago I turned on my Psu (from the on/off switch) and it made a spark from somewhere in the PSU, at that moment It was still giving energy to my system, but after I instantly turn It off from the switch of my PSU, it wasn't giving energy to the system, so I try connecting it to other switches, or even to another house, but it simply wasn't working, I checked my electricity installations were all ok, and I don't know what can I do, I'm from Argentina, and I don't know how to contact to EVGA RMA, btw thank y'all
