My 2080 TI FTW3 is also having this issue. I just built this rig and I'm really hoping to get it setup and game ready. I installed precision x1 and it immediately tried to install a firmware update. The update failed and now there are 3 red LED's lighting up over the power connection. The middle fan is also spinning at 100% and the logo is not longer lighting up. I did try this fix ( but its not working. It wont launch. It just says "This device is not supported!". I did try running it was administrator. I also updated my BIOS and ran all driver and windows updates that I am ware of. I also tried flipping the switch to overclock mode and still no luck. I am running a GIGABYTE Aorus Ultra z390 Mother board and an Intel 8086k. Nothing is over clocked and not settings have been messed with. I just set this rig up and was installing the basics before messing with anything. Is there another link that may work for me or something else I need to be doing?!
