    you have several options:

    Set a custom fan curve

Increase the case fans to move the hot air out of your case ... so the GPU does not recycle the heat it exhausts

    make your room colder

810,811 RPM fan speed at 30%..That is so awesome!  ..And something isn't right.

You can try both the Original VBIOS and the Primary VBIOS from days gone by found here and see how they roll..Cards with a newer VBIOS have a more aggressive fan curve, and I think the min/max fan speed is fully unlocked (0 to 100%) also..You can use one of the fan speed presets or make your own custom fan speed curve in Precision X1 to override the default fan curve operation of the VBIOS.

Should you want the most up-to-date VBIOS, you can Contact EVGA Customer Service and they will send it to you in email.

Grab the latest Standard (not DCH) NVIDIA Graphics Driver and the VBIOS update..Then disconnect from the internet so Windows doesn't try auto-installing a driver for you, which will be older..Then uninstall your current NVIDIA Graphics Driver..Then right-click and run the VBIOS update.exe as administrator to flash the VBIOS..Then install the NVIDIA Graphics Driver again.

I have tried primary and original vbios. Nothing changed.
In nvidia website there is no vbios update for this card.
The broblem is despite the fact the fan is at 30% but the RPM is strange moves from 3000 to 800000 making high noise after minutes of playing. I had to stop playing! .
Im wondering if there is always-on-fan VBios for this card?

Just use PX1's fan speed curves or create your own..That card will thermal throttle at 83C, I think, or whatever PX1 says in the GPU Temp Target.

I would uninstall PX1 and click "Yes" at the "Do you want to remove Precision X1 setting files ?" prompt..Then restart your PC..Then install PX1 again by right-clicking on the installer, then Run as administrator..Then set it up all over again..Maybe try the latest/ another version.

Be sure to close all other programs running in the Taskbar/System Tray before installing PX1.

The fan speed is not reporting / displaying properly

OK, your card has some sort of Issue ... Fans do not run that fast should read around 3000 - 3500 RPM

I'd contact EVGA about RMA ... if you are still under warranty
