Hello!

I asked a question to evga support on Sunday for a pre rma, and still have no answer. I know it's been only 3 days, but I really need my graphic card to work. Do you know how many time it takes to answer?

But maybe someone here can help me. I figured out my card was running on pcie 4.0 x8 instead of x16. This week end, I wanted to mount a waterblock on it, and I saw that an MLCC capacitor is missing on pcie lanes, so I think the issue is there. I don't absolutely want to rma it because I know a shop that can fix it, but I'm afraid not to be able to do an RMA for another reason if a more important problem comes in (I know some cards just die without reasons sometimes). Do you know if it can be an issue if someone else than evga is repairing my card? And does someone knows what capacitor reference it is?

we would recommend to send us some detailed pictures - could you please send us one, within the whole PCB - so it was damaged, while mounting the block probably, right?
