AnsweredError in processing step up

I am trying to step up, I have my GPU registered and the invoice uploaded but when I do I get an error (attached).
 
I contacted customer service and am awaiting a reply, but didn't know if this was common or if there is an easy fix.
 
Any idea how to get it to work?

I had to try to submit mine 7+ times before it finally worked.

I had the same problem about 5 times.  Finally, I just refreshed the page to resubmit the post message and it worked.

I also had an error uploading mine due to the file being larger than 2mb. Might be your issue too.

Thanks guys, eventually it worked. @Ferratus, the size was 296kb, so not it, but thank you for your help.

the upload worked fine for me, but it took me a while to get that I had to use . instead of , for the value I paid :D

What does a successful step-up submission look like ?
 
I see the same logo on submission but nothing else - no error message and no success message.
 
Should there be something stating success and it's silently broken for me, or is it just a case of waiting for an email ?

Thanks - I tried again this morning, and saw additional information, and on the second attempt I saw a 'submitted' result and immediately received an email. It seems my previous attempts hadn't been completing - maybe some problems with the system ? - but it's all good now. Still no queue number on my details page, but I can see that I have a step-up entry at least.
