Hi,

I have an Evga 1000watt G3 power supply.

Will this be enough power for the following:
Maximus X Hero
8700K 5ghz 1.35v
32gb 1.35v 4x8 Gskill Trident Z
2X Titan Xp SLI (highly overclocked)
3x 120mm Corsair ML RGB
1x140mm Corsair ML RGB
Commander Pro
2x Corsair LED strips
H115i Pro RGB cooler 2x140mm ML Rgb
3x 500gb 850evo
1x960evo 500gb

The power calculators I have used either say I have enough or others say I don't

I would trust the OuterVision Power Supply Calculator..Many other PSU calculators use the OuterVision Calculator engine for theirs.

1000w is probably fine, but I would get a 1200w.

The outervision one said 1200 watt.  Seemed like alot that is why I asked.

Reason I ask is I have an Evga 2080Ti on pre-order for my main system.  So the "old" Titan Xp SLI will get moved to this system and it already has a 1000watt G3.  Wasn't sure if it would be enough or not.

So my current PC with the Titan XP SLI in it has a Corsair AX1500i which has a software that can measure power pulled from the wall.  I'm sure its not super accurate but maybe it gives me a  general idea.  I ran some Firestrike Ultra with custom settings to pull as much juice as possible.  And the Corsair iCue software said I was pulling up to 670watts from the wall.  Sound about right?

We generally recommend at least 1000w unit with any SLI configuration. 1000w should be fine with that build and 670w sounds fairly accurate.

Thanks!  I will keep the 1000watt G3 I have and use it for the Titan SLI.

Depending upon future additions to your system(s) and regardless of what PSU you buy it is always good to have a little extra wattage leeway.
