I have bought and registered 2 evga products as the original owner, a graphics card and power supply, but I don't have elite status. Is there something else you need to do?

My system:

i7 7700k 5.1 GHz, 4.8 GHz on cache @ 1.365v delidded with coollaboratory pro
GSkill Ripjaws V  16GBx2 @ 3200 MHz 16-19-19-34
EVGA 1080ti FTW3
Corsair h80i v2 with grizzly kryonaut paste

    Only certain products qualify.

for option 1 my graphics card did not qualify, but for option 2 there is no list of qualifying items, it just says power supplies, graphics cards, etc. and it says that all parts numbers are eligible for this option with certain exceptions.

    My system:

    i7 7700k 5.1 GHz, 4.8 GHz on cache @ 1.365v delidded with coollaboratory pro

So the question is did you purchase the products from an authorized retailer? If no, that is why you're aren't an elite member.

So just to be clear, because maybe I am misunderstanding, I bought a 1060 6gb (which didn't qualify for option 1) from amazon and a power supply from amazon, both within the last 12 months and I am the first owner of both, shouldn't I qualify? Is there a certain amount of time I have to wait?

Both were purchased from amazon llc, and not a 3rd party seller on amazon?
