On EVGA.com currently all Closed Loop Cooling have Elite Member discounts, CLC280 dropped in price from 139.99USD to 109.99USD.
 
I enter EU.EVGA.com and.... nothing? Regular prices. CLC280 costs 123.96EUR + tax
 
Is this intended?

    Same Thing happens on Amazon USA and Amazon CA and even Amazon EU
