I'm very happy with the elite member setup, just wish you would have included other people who have big ticket things like your Motherboards on the sign up. Well I did not get a 3090 this round (couldn't get my payment to process), I'm sure supply was limited! So hopefully soon.
My buddy joined some botter discords. So far he hasn't seen anyone post their EVGA snipes yet. While I'm sure some bots got around to getting some cards from EVGA, it seems like a great start to hopefully cullying back the tide of bots from at least EVGA's site. I hope more real people over scalpers were able to get in on this.

This is a great idea but I’m a long time EVGA supporter and unfortunately all my forum posts were from a long ways ago and don’t count :( wish they kept longer history of forum posts.

I should add that I think a lot of people who are elite still couldn't get through because of cart issues. I, whilst not an elite, still was unable to secure my 3090 mashing that green button. Feels like I might have made it through had I been able to register as elite. Have a really nice EVGA psu in my computer that wasn't cheap ;)

Yeah, people on the forums have been saying they should use the elite program for something and this was a great time to use it. Kudos on this one EVGA.

Great idea. Bad execution. Removing cards out of Elite member's carts to give to the public? Not great. Happened to many on here after trying for a while. Have no idea how a non-elite member even ordered one. Definitely couldn't even get it to add to the cart after that.
Why did this not take stock from inventory when a member added it to cart? This would have stopped the cart from exploding with way more processing attempts than there was availability of cards.

i tried but couldn't get one. i have elite status but the site keep crashing and then wanted me to log in and do that capticha then it would give me the road cones, then log back in and locked out for 20 minutes. i even called evga and talked to brandon, he said they were unable to take phone orders and i had to wait for my account to be unlocked. yea... it was sold out by then.

I got a GTX 580 that is still under Warranty and I still wasn't an elite member and I got a 980 as well. Feel bad man.

Think it's a great idea but also wish the inclusion rate would be bigger, my last EVGA product was a GTX 770 and had some others before that so have been around for a while, it's just been quite some time since I did a significant upgrade. Guess I have some posting to do this weekend ;)

What I think sucks about meeting the requirements of this program doesn't account for HOW MANY EVGA products you have registered in the past! I have 6 registered video cards over the years but my current EVGA 980 Super card doesn't qualify. I am a dedicated EVGA enthusiast and in fact have purchased more products in the past but never registered them. I think I have been VERY dedicated to the brand but receive no perks for that loyalty!

Do you really think that these people using bots don't have a EVGA card that they just purchased to use as the requirement to become an elite? This really doesn't do much to stop them having access to wipe EVGA out of stock.

I'm glad that EVGA is actively trying to figure out a way to keep the servers from melting when cards go up for sale, but alas, my 970 doesn't make the cut for Elite.

Definitely better than the other sites that error'd, lagged, and crashed constantly. They knew that would happen, too, since it happens all of the time, and did nothing.
