Is there a bug on this? I'm trying to purchase a new power supply and the 750 supernova g5 has an elite membership discount but it doesn't apply when I'm at the paying part. Did I do something wrong? I'm an elite member btw.

Unless you've met requirements, you won't be able to get that at that discount but you could use any members Associate Code to get a discount regardless.

Use this Associate Code at your checkouts or follow these instructions for Up to 10% OFF on all your EVGA purchases:

I've already said I'm a member. I cannot use associate codes because of it. The final price just doesn't apply at all and I'm wondering if it's a bug.

Elite Member Price Should be $109.99  --> then Minus $20 Mail in rebate = $89.99

This is a promotion --> so I'm Not sure if you can "stack" the Associates Code discount on top of that ?

I'm about to sign up for Elite membership and its asking for an optional referral ID.  is this the same as an EVGA Affiliate code or something else?  if so what happens when you use your own code?

It's when someone register's their gear using someone else's Affiliate Code.  Also, you can't use your own code.

Not sure what the Referral ID is all about to be honest but it doesn't hurt to try though.

I'd rather use associates code for discount towards my order than to be an elite member and earn EVGA bucks when others use my associates code. I'm bout to opt out of the elite program. I want my discounts when I want to buy something rather than waiting for someone some day to use my code so I can earn EVGA bucks.

    From FAQ
    Q. As an Associate, can I use my own Associate Code or another Associate Code to receive a discount on a purchase?
    A. No. Associates may not receive discounts through the use of an Associate Code.

Bummer, does that mean that Associate cannot get discount even when using other Associate's code?

    Correct. You have to choose:
    1. use others' codes to get a discount on your purchases, but don't have a code yourself.
    2. have a code yourself that other people can use for a discount and you get a reward for it, but you can never use anyone's code to get a discount on your own purchases.
Also note, if you quit the associate program, you can not join up again later.

Associate Codes are very simple to use at Check out screen where you select payment method.
Simply copy and paste my code 2QME1VF65K9ZY8B then hit apply.

Can an Elite member use someone's associate code to get a discount?

Elite members and Associate codes are two separate things.
You can use someone's Associate code to get a 3-10% discount on your purchases at EVGA.com regardless of whether you are an Elite member or not.
The only time you cannot get the Associate code discount is if you are an Associate member yourself (meaning you have your own code that people can use to get discounts).
With the Associate program you basically have to choose:
    (1) You can join the program and others can use your code to get discounts on their purchases and you get a few EVGA Bucks whenever they do, BUT you cannot get discounts on your own purchases.
    (2) You don't join the program, but you can use others' Associate codes to get discounts on your purchases at EVGA.com.
Note: if you want to join the Associate program, you do have to be an Elite member first... that's the one place they do 'overlap' as such.
