Hi all,
 
Started about 2 weeks ago. The bottom right of my screen it is playing catchup  is the best way to state it.
 
I notice if I change windows alot of the time it will show only the previous windows or a game will load and when it changes to the next window the bottom right will not show anything but the program before. Sometimes is only last 10 seconds, sometime it sits there for 35-45 seconds. Or sometimes just being in a program it will show something completely different from the rest of the program. I managed to get a screen shot with discord not behaving nice:

I crossed out names as I know my friends don't wanna be seen. But notice in the bottom right it shows one thing, but the upper right does not even show up at all. They should all be the same menu. I am open to any fixes. Hoping it is something easy and not an rma type thing. Being without a video card would suck as this is my only pc. These forums have never let me down! :)

If you mean power management it is set to optimal power.
 
Also it appears not to be limited to the delay in refreshing just the window. World of Warcraft is doing the same thing now. I log and instead of bags and map I see no icons or map until about 30 seconds go by.

It went from happening 3 or so times an hour to maybe averaging once or twice in a 12+ hour session. More then livable for sure!
 
Thanks for the help as always. I knew the forums would not let me down.
 
If you have any tips to completely get rid of them lemme know. But I am good with how it is now.
