its not being blocked from installing, I don't get any warning. all its saying is, it can't be installed to this system.
I don't have any problems installing anything else I want to install.
after checking some things out. I deleted the downloaded files.
dl again from OS and it was avast scanning a virus in it. so the dl wasn't getting completed. reason it wasn't able to install to this system.
turned off av and dl again, this time it installed.

    What OS ? details help

Re-download the file from EVGA site.

    Best practices when installing software:

    Reboot your PC

Go Offline - pull the cat5 cable / kill the wireless

    Log On as Admin

Stop ALL background software - including security software (why you need to be offline)

Run the install as Admin (right click on install file)

should work, if you have the correct version of Precision for your GPU

Then reboot, check that your security software is running before connecting to network
