Not really sure what happened. Turned pc back on and all of a sudden, it's not detecting my monitors. Then I saw code 43 in device manager. What can be done? Never really happened to me before.

    Have you updated to the latest drivers? Does the card work in another PC?

    Try the card in a new slot.
    Uninstall drivers in safe mode, install there as well. Try a clean install of windows.
    If the drivers won’t install the card is likely dead

    If none of this works you have a dead GPU, time for an RMA

    It started working this morning for some reason. Not really sure why. I guess the things I did worked yesterday. I did switch to an hdmi cable. Maybe one Display port cable went bad? Right now using two monitors no issues. Gonna buy a new display port. 
     
    Any theories on what could have happened?

    This can happen if the Motherboard Bios is old and not setup for Windows 10 like having UEFI Boot Enabled, Fast Start/Boot & CSM not Disabled.
