EVGA website won't let me submit a guest RMA

When I try to summit my guest RMA I get this: See picture.

    Hi Z,
     
    Have you already tried clearing your browser's cache and cookies? Sometimes this will cause issues submitting forms, but if the issue is persistent can you please email the screenshot (without the blacked out sections ) to webmaster@evga.com so we can forward that to our web team?

    Thank you for the reply. I cleared my browsers cache and cookies, the site still wont let me summit my guest RMA. I have another question, is there a limit to the number of characters for the explanation part of the guest RMA form. thank you. All email the screen shot without the blacked out area to the email you gave me.

    I don't think there is, but they have been working on the site so... might have been updated lol it's after hours so I can't check just yet, but I doubt it.
     
    I do see that you already have an RMA ticket on one of your cards, so you might want to try the Standard RMA submission here https://www.evga.com/support/evgarma1.asp to see if that works for you. Your ticket should show up automatically in the form.

    can I do a standard RMA even though I don't have an invoice. I bought the card from a friend.
