Have EVGA warranty terms changed? Are they requiring an invoice for all RMA's now? I read the T&C about a dozen times and I see it says they may ask but I don't see it as a requirement.

    The warranty terms have stated that we may require an invoice. At this time an invoice is required for all RMA requests as of May 25th. The warranty page is always available at http://www.evga.com/support/warranty/, http://eu.evga.com/support/warranty/ and http://asia.evga.com/support/warranty/ depending on your region.

    Everything is security.

    First the do away with Guest RMA page and now this.
     
    "Subject to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty, the Transferable Limited Warranty is available to second-hand purchasers with a valid proof of purchase from a reseller."
     
    What does evga consider a reseller?  
    Are paypal invoice between two people valid?
     
    "EVGA PRODUCTS ARE NOT DESIGNED, MANUFACTURED OR INTENDED FOR (I) UNINTERRUPTED USE, OR (II) USE IN CONNECTION WITH BLOCKCHAIN PROCESSING, CRYPTOCURRENCY MINING OR SIMILAR PURPOSES."
     
    Looks like evga laying the ground work to deny warranty claim on anyone that admits to mining with it's product.
