EU/UK Member here. Registered within 6 days of purchase as it states on 'my product' page. Trying to step up from a 2080 Super (Part Number: 08G-P4-3287-KR) since yesterday! Must have gone on to your StepUp page 100's of times. I have no option from the drop down menu to StepUp to a 30 series card, only to 20 series cards.
 
I'm seeing numerous other dissatisfied EU customers having the same issue, yet nothing is being explained.
 
Sort out your communication EVGA regarding this issue as it's rubbish. Mine and others eligible days are running down and you're customer support/communication on the matter is appalling and extremely limited.
 
Giving customers the silent treatment doesn't cut it when £100's are at stake due to promises made by your company when selling your cards.
 
Is there a stock issue? Is there a website issue? Is it an oversight? Have you decided we are not eligible?
 
All people want is some clarity for what is going on. Simple. Keep customers informed and they will be happy.

Ha, I get it. Just wanted a snippet of acknowledgement from EVGA, that's all. Unfortunately it's fallen on deaf ears so far. I know its only been 24 hours but when people are threatened with losing out due to time critical decisions then the customer service needs to be on point.
 
Not only that but others have life/work commitments and don't have time to be continuously refreshing pages throughout the day, which is why good clear communication can go a long way.
 
I should be fine, I have 24 days left, it's others I feel for that i'm trying to help out.

Their employees are too busy answering questions on twitter about backplates,red accents and RGB to bother with something as trivial as alienating the whole EU from the step-up programme.

It was 15:14 and you can read EVGA E.U. on the top of the screenshot.

15:14 on 17/09/2020 perhaps? However, since then, EVGA have removed the 3080 from the European list. I suggest you check the below link before you start accusing people of lying.

I can confirm. I saw them on the E.U list yesterday. They were removed soon after.

I'm saying that EVGA is lying, it was available at the time of the 3080 sale !!
They removed them afterward !!!

Tbh the radio silence regarding the EU/UK's availability to step up to the 3080 is frustrating and I wish EVGA would take this/it's European customers seriously. Especially considering they added then removed the 3080 from the program and barely anyone managed to access the 3080 when it was available!

Which would make no sense at all seeing as we register to join a queue. We should still be able to register our intention to step up. Its just been a huge FU to the whole EU customer base with next to zero communications or explanation from EVGA. Ive asked an EVGA employee twice on twitter for an explanation which has been ignored both times now. Its only by luck that I stumbled across these posts on the forum otherwise id still be none the wiser. 
After 9 GPUs and 3 PSUs I think its time I reassess which companies I send my money to in future. 

FTW only model available at present for those that want to join the queue.
