Hello, I need to buy a GPU from official store, everything seems to be cool until a product is not in stock... however it is product that comes free with the GPU, I do not want it but if I remove it from my card the whole card gets deleted. What should I do tho? Please share your opinions.

I want to order this product But it comes with free power link included. When I want to proceed the order I get the message that the power link is out of stock and I can not place order. When I remove the power link from card, the GPU is removed from cart alongside with it. What should I do?

Evga powerlink is in stock but all graphic cards are not in stock. That is why you can’t make the order. You’ll have to wait like others until it’s in stock again sadly.

I’d just call EVGA directly and ask them whatsup and have them explain. They have great support and will be more than willing to help you out.

That is very strange that it is forcing the powerlink but won’t let you remove it. You need to call EVGA directly, if you can, and ask them for assistance. Edit, I was ghosted: fetterEsel
I’d just call EVGA directly and ask them whatsup and have them explain. They have great support and will be more than willing to help you out.

I'm having the same problem, it's absurd that I can't remove a free item from my order, but with it the order cannot be fulfilled because of it being out of stock.
Did you get a response from evga?

seems to be working now, but sadly paypals euro to pound conversion rate is way higher than i expected from checking XE.com, changing the expected cost of the card from £538 to £565, so shant be buying now. My only hope now is some stock lands in the Uk at reasonable prices....... one day

I was basing my statement off of ra3sk's photo actually showing a gpu in stock. I haven't seen one in stock here for a while. I could be wrong though

can you not just go to evga homepage and change from US to EU, then check prices? There is a lot of cards purchasable today in EU.
