Hello I bought a 280mm clc and was wondering how would you install another pair of fans for a push pull set up. The 8 screws and washers included look like they are for mounting to the PC case let's. I would like to use two af140 for pull

You should be able to take one of the screws and a fan to a hardware store.

I do not know if they are Metric or Standard -- you'll have to check it at store --> Use known size  Hex-nuts if they can not measure it
(Some Metric and Standard threads are very close in size -- take a known size screw and check that threads "align" & Mesh together)
(Diameter = size & Screw Pitch = number of threads )

Watch your length, just a little longer than the distance through the fan --- you do not want to damage the Radiator if it is under the screw hole

Use washers, and remember since you are not going through the case - they may have to be shorter than the stock ones.
