Scalpers suck, but botting is the real problem that allows scalpers to do this stuff and prevent us normal customers from being able to get a single card for months on end. If store fronts would deal with bots then it'd solve a multitude of issues.

We have "legit" local online retailers here asking these ridiculous prices too, it's outrageous. Not going to *EVER* buy a single thing from those shops ever again, now that they've shown they're like this though.

It's a regular store that's capitalizing on the situation. If people are going to buy them at that price, then let them. The store has access to vendors and are selling at the price they are able to move a product at.

Probably when people start to be willing to not spend any price on them. Car dealerships sell high demand cars with 5G and 10G markups with ease. This is basically no different at this point.

Crap like this is why I never would buy from Ebay. Hell about 2 months ago I went to a local computer store and they wanted almost $1300 for an EVGA 3070. I just walked out and will never go back.

recently tried to buy a rx580 off ebay for 100ish...it was from a seller with 100% feedback and member since 2014.
It said over 100 available, limit to one per buyer.
Shortly after the purchase, Ebay stepped in and refund the money as most likely someone hacked the seller's account.

These scalpers have ruined everything. Started with sneakers onto PS5 and now GPU's. People jump at every opportunity they get of making some extra bucks at the expense of others!
