Well I would expect a strategic move from Evga if Nvidia continues to include limitations to what you can and cannot do to there cards. While ATI is actually being the more open sourced one with there innovations and now Open Driver applications. Evga's custom PCB's and ATI's open development (reminds me of Android) would be a winning combination. Only time will tell though as I do predict if Nvidia keeps going down this path with limitations, No OC'ing, No Custom Pcbs that alot of pc gamers will revert to ATI. Atleast in a GPU sense.

I don't see why EVGA would want to enter the AMD graphics card market. Companies do best when they specialize in one area, and EVGA would have to double their development, engineering, and R&D costs just to build AMD hardware based products.

Secondly, XFX was EVGA's largest competitor. In all honestly, I recommended XFX over EVGA because of their better warranty terms right up until XFX had enough of NVIDIA and switched over to an AMD-only company. As it stands its XFX for AMD, and EVGA for NVIDIA... why would EVGA want to resume competing directly with XFX again? It's not like there's an unserved part of the market waiting to be filled, it'd be a costly competition.

I think NVIDIA is allowed to protect their hardware from people ruining it. They know the design limitations of the PWM delivery system better than anyone else does, so I see nothing wrong with them setting ceiling limits just as ATI does in its CCC. I'd rather not have to pay more for my GPU just to cover the costs EVGA incurs from a larger number of other customers foolishly ruining their GPUs and RMA'ing them. Because at the end of the day, we already pay the overhead costs for that in the products we buy.

I Hope they Never go in the ATI direction.
I believe that would Reduce the EVGA name on GPU Market as the best.
I also believe that would be the end of Overclocking GPU's.
If they do go into that direction why even have Nvidia and ATI cards in the 1st place.
We need to keep the race going between Nvidia and ATI or why would either one bother out doing the other.

Sorry On FacePalm ? I do not really know what you are say?
Was it that I should have said AMD and not ATI, I found my ATI Mach 8 the other day!

People need to explain why they don't like someone else's statement. A pic like that is just off topic, and unnecessary.

I've already explained myself in previous post.

If EVGA jumped into the AMD card market it would not diminish EVGA's name, how could selling another set of GPU lower their place on the market?  Do you think lowly of Asus or MSI because they sell both Nvidia and AMD?  Or how about people that left Nvidia just a few generations ago and are no exclusively sell AMD only?  Did that hurt XFX?
I also believe that would be the end of Overclocking GPU's.
How would that be the end of OCing GPUs?  You know who's limiting your OCing of GPUs?  Nvidia.  You know who's letting you OC their GPUs?  AMD.
If they do go into that direction why even have Nvidia and ATI cards in the 1st place.
This, Makes no sense.
We need to keep the race going between Nvidia and ATI or why would either one bother out doing the other.
The 1st part of this statement contradicts the end....

It's very difficult to remain partners with both Nvidia and AMD.
Anyone who remembers Q3 2010 will recall when XFX got out of the NV game after they were de-authorized to sell Fermi.
Asus is an entirely different kind of beast than any other partners.

XFX picked up a deal with AMD and started selling their cards before the 1st Fermi card even came out.  After their AMD cards hit the market Nvidia was not pleased with this and something along the lines of either reduce or stop selling AMD cards or no Fermi cards fo U!

Which ended the relationship with Nvidia for XFX.

MSI, Asus, and Gigabyte all sell AMD and Nvidia cards, issue however probably for Nvidia to lean heavily on them is that the fact that they are huge corporations and only a few can lean on them *cough Intel cough*

There was an interview a few years back concerning this and although it is an old article I believe it is still the status quo:
