EVGA Z370 FTW : Error code C

Hello

I have test memory at 3800mhz and the pc not boot. Then i clear cmos and now i have code C when the pc boot. I need the solution help me please. I test clear cmos with two bios and i have also code C.

Bios : 1.12 in two bios
Cpu : 8600k
RAM : 2x8go ddr4 Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3200c16

    i have test 8700k on bios 1 : code 0d. In the second bios it's work.
     
    i have change psu câble et nothing. i put 8600k in two bios i have code c.
     
    it's work perfectly before clear cmos :(

    i flash bios1 after boot with bios2 in windows and switch in bios1 : all bios is ok with 8700k.
     
    but now 8600k in all bios have code "c"
