I have a EVGA Z20 RGB (PN 812-W1-20US-KR), 4 days ago it started randomly blacking out and losing all connectivity. The keyboard itself is relatively new, purchased on 8/2/2022

I have the keyboard plugged in native usb A, no adapters. I tried alternate ports and even a completely separate system when the fault continued on alternate ports.
I went back to the original system and verified voltage and found nothing out of spec.  (MakerHawk USB 3.0 Tester used to verify voltages and current).

The motherboard in use is a Asus ROG Strix X570-E Gaming, powered by an EVGA SuperNOVA 1300 GT (PN 220-GT-1300-X1). This fault so far occurs at "random" as far as my limited tested has shown. While under load in a game or render, also while idle, listening to music (LED animation enabled or disabled).

*note tried on a 3rd system (laptop), the fault still continued.

Did you load the unleash RGB software and if you have a EVGA mouse have you gone into the keyboard configuration? This should make sure the firmware is up to date on the keyboard. Also important to make sure bios and drivers are updated for the system.
