EVGA Z10 Keyboard - support?

I've got a EVGA Z10 Gaming Keyboard and after reinstalling Windows 10 find that I cannot locate any information on it on the EVGA/Unleashed website.  It's like the model has been completely ghosted!  I've downloaded and installed EVGA_UnleashRGB_1.0.15.0 but all I get is a mostly blank screen with "Default" and "Apply" buttons at the bottom that don't do anything:

 
Anyone got any idea what's happening about Z10 support? or where I can download the drivers?  I need to remap a couple of keys and I need compatible software in order to do that.

    It looks like you'd need a different version of Unleash. I'm going to list both Z10 keyboards and Windows versions 10 & 11 since that information is not specified here.
