Hello, so when I first setup this capture card things have been great. But out of no where the card is no longer carrying over audio like it did before. I have it setup with an xbox series-x and it had been working as soon as I turn it on and flip over my monitor the sound and video worked instantly on my headset.
Now the issue I face is the audio doesn't work at all, that is until I did further testing and I got it work when I have streamlabs open. The problem here is that the audio is now lagging behind so it's off sync by like 2 seconds.
I have your typical setup, win10 rx580 gpu etc. Nothing else in my setup is having issues, I just want the sound to come back and work instantly without having to open streamlabs and have it lag.
I already tried removing and re-adding, rebooting, updating firmware, unplugging the card for awhile, using different usb ports etc.
Anyone have an issue like this? I've googled up and down and can't find much.
